He's the author of the Network Marketing classic, The Greatest Networker in the World, which has sold more than one million+ copies around the world. He's been called 'The Napoleon Hill of Network Marketing' and he's been involved in Direct Sales for more than 30 years.

John has spoken to 25,000 people in Moscow's Olympic Stadium and to groups around the world in Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Dubai, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and throughout the United States.John has written or edited more than 20 books includingThe Greatest Networkers in the World— Twenty-one ordinary people who became millionaires in Direct Selling and the true stories of how they did it. John also co-founded Upline magazine. Created Belief Busters, the Master-Mind Sessions, The Upline Master's Weekends and Lifetimer's Retreat. And is the founder of Transformation-Technology.

His book SPEAKING & LISTENING— We Don't Listen & We Talk Too Much, was published in 2017, and his latest book CONNECT... OR DIE with Pastor Chris Dorrity was released in May of 2019.John is 71 years old.

He has two adult children: Rachel 38 (married to Joe Lilley) and Johnny 34. He has two younger girls, harpist Eleonora Milena, age 17, and violinist/comedian Anais Polina, age 13, who live with their mother. When not working— which he loves most— John mows his 3 acre lawn walking and rides the twisting country roads just south of Charlottesville, Virginia USA on his 1972 classic Honda motorcycle.
